IPApril Brewmaster’s Pairing Night

Great Basin Brewing Co. is celebrating IPApril with small bites and IPA pairings. Chat with brewmasters and sample a variety of IPAs.

Farm to Barrel Beer Dinner

Campo and San Francisco-based Almanac Beer Co. are teaming up to bring you a four-course dinner with beer pairings.

Wild Garlic Pizza & Pub and The Brewer’s Cabinet are teaming up to bring you a pairing of pizza and beer:

  • Brewer’s Cabinet Hoppy Saison  paired with Prosciutto & Cantaloupe Flat Bread
  • Brewer’s Cabinet Lemongrass Ginger Pale paired with Thai Chicken Pizza
  • Brewer’s Cabinet Coconut Dirty Wookie  paired Jade’s Infamous Nutella Cinnamon Knots

Beer Release Dinner at The Depot

The Depot Craft Brewery and Distillery is debuting The Wanderer Double IPA and The Viking Blonde Barley Wine at is first Beer Release Dinner. The Depot’s beer selection will be paired with four food courses.

Brewer’s Cabinet Brewery Chef Series Beer Dinner

The Brewer’s Cabinet is bringing together five of its Chef Series beers with a food pairing from local chefs: Mark Estee (Campo), Ian Madan (SouthCreek Pizza Co.), Mark Lund (Peppermill Hotel & Casino), Chris Shanks (Louie’s Basque Corner) and Brandan Bryan (Old Granite Street). Fourth Annual Carson City Beer and Pizza Championships

Taste and judge the best pizza and beer around at this event hosted by High Sierra Brewing Co. and the Rotary Club of Carson City. There will be live music, a silent auction and prizes. Proceeds support local scholarships and charities. Participants include:
