Two local companies partner to offer 4th Campo Brewer’s Dinner
Truckee’s Tahoe Mountain Brewing Company and Campo partner to offer the fourth Campo Brewer’s Dinner. The five course menu features favorites like a spring vegetable garden and new dishes like Suckling Pig cocoa spaetzle.
“It’s not too much of a challenge pairing food with their beer,” wrote Campo manager,Justin Jensick in an email. “(Tahoe Mountain) beers really lend themselves to complimenting food. The only challenge we faced was creating a menu that still represents our style of food while being unique and memorable for the guests. We are creating an unusual dining experience by pairing exciting food with unique beer.”
